Aimee Powell is the Founder and Chief Planning Officer of Powell Planning & Associates, a land use planning firm and trusted land use planning affiliate sub-contractor of Unified LLP.  Aimee is an Ontario Registered Professional Planner (“RPP”) and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (“MCIP”) with over 15 years’ experience in land use planning policy, development application approvals, and real estate.  Aimee brings a multi-faceted lens to all projects with vast experience from working in both the private and public sectors.  Aimee also holds a position as a Contract Lecturer with Toronto Metropolitan University’s School of Urban and Regional Planning and volunteers as a sponsor and mentor to Early Career Planners with the Professional Standards Board.

Sherry is a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant at Unified LLP, where she excels in providing comprehensive support to the legal team. With a passion for helping others and a keen eye for detail, she ensures the smooth functioning of client files, assists with drafting and correspondence, and assists with a range of essential administrative tasks. As a member of the Employment and Disability Law Group at Unified LLP, Sherry has consistently exhibited her commitment to excellence in her role.

Sherry expects to get her Paralegal license in November 2024. She is eager to step into the legal world and help people with their legal needs across different communities.
