Kaitlyn Ramer

Kaitlyn Ramer is a paralegal at Unified LLP and a member of the firm’s Property and Commerce group. She assists with firm’s commercial, municipal, real estate and business matters. Kaitlyn also advocates for clients at the Small Claims Court.

Kaitlyn provides advice and service that is efficient, effective and resolution-based. Ms. Ramer routinely assists with the firm’s high value litigation and transactional matters and is involved in all aspects of client and file management, including preparation of disclosure briefs, drafting and filing of court pleadings, drafting transactional documents, and preparing liens and other registered instruments.

Kaitlyn began her career at Unified LLP (now Unified LLP), and is a graduate of the Paralegal program at Conestoga College, where she was awarded the Silver Medal for completing the program with the second highest average in her class.

Tanya Raveendran

Paralegal / Landlord and Tenant

Tanya is a Paralegal with Unified LLP’s Landlord and Tenant Department, specializing in residential tenancy disputes. She has extensive experience representing clients before the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) and is skilled in mediation, negotiation, and cash-for-keys agreements, helping landlords and tenants resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.

Before joining Unified LLP, Tanya worked in legal aid services focused on assisting landlords, providing guidance on evictions, rent disputes, and LTB applications. She played a key role in helping landlords understand their rights and responsibilities under the Residential Tenancies Act, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while seeking practical resolutions to disputes.

Tanya is dedicated to helping property owners and housing providers resolve disputes fairly and efficiently, whether through litigation, negotiated settlements, or alternative dispute resolution. She takes a practical, solution-oriented approach to legal matters, aiming to minimize stress for her clients while achieving favorable results.
