Deborah is an associate lawyer in Unified LLP’s Employment Law Group.

Deborah brings a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach focused on achieving efficient, practical results for her clients.

Deborah has appeared before the Small Claims Court and has represented clients in mediations and arbitrations. She advises on a broad spectrum of employment and labour law issues, including employment contracts, severance negotiations, human rights and workplace harassment claims, restrictive covenants, and disputes related to equity compensation.

Prior to joining Unified LLP, Deborah practised at a boutique employment law firm, where she represented both employees and employers in a wide variety of workplace matters.

Outside of her practice, Deborah enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her Jindo.

Deborah is fluent in English and Cantonese.
