Mariette is an Associate Lawyer at Unified LLP, where she practices in the areas of Family Law and Wills and Estates, including estate planning and estate litigation.

Prior to joining Unified LLP Mariette obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where she worked within the University’s Family Law Legal Aid Clinic. She has also practiced law in boutique law firms and specialized in the areas of family law, estate planning and litigation, commercial law, and civil litigation. Mariette has always had a passion for law and now applies her broad and varied legal background to both family law and estate-related matters.

In her family law practice, Mariette has experience with a wide range of issues, including parenting, support, property division, and child protection matters. Complementing this practice, Mariette also assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning, helping individuals and families plan for the future with clarity and confidence. She additionally represents clients in estate litigation matters, including disputes relating to wills and the administration of estates.
