Kyle Scarlett

Legal Assistant

Kyle joined the Unified LLP team at the tail end of 2025 to bolster their employment and labour department. A graduate of York University’s Professional Writing program as well as their Creative Writing program, Kyle brings his extensive copy editing and document analysis to professionally and effectively communicate your case to team members and a variety of outside parties and organizations.

In 2019 Kyle refocused his writing skills towards the legal field when he attended Seneca College for their Honours Law Clerk program. His time at Seneca built a foundation he has utilized in the employment and labour field ever since.

Even with hours each week preparing and analyzing documents with Unified LLP, Kyle remains an avid reader of literary fiction. He stays active in the summer playing Australian Rules Football and attending live music whenever possible.
