Jillian Ohayon

Jillian is a lawyer with Unified LLP’s Employment and Labour Group.

Jillian holds both a JD and BCL from McGill University as well as an MFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. After articling with a Toronto insurance litigation firm, Jillian worked as a labour lawyer for the Public Service Alliance of Canada’s Union of Safety and Justice Employees where she represented members on a wide range of labour and human rights issues. While she was in law school, she worked for two legal clinics and spent a summer at an advocacy organization in Kampala, Uganda. Jillian’s practice is in employment consultation and labour arbitration. She takes pride in putting her dual academic background to use in helping clients to tell their stories and advocating for them with both rigor and empathy.
