Jessica Barbosa

Jessica is an associate lawyer with Unified LLP’s Employment and Labour Group. She advises and represents clients in a broad range of workplace matters and is committed to delivering strategic solutions with professionalism, empathy, and thoughtful advocacy.

Prior to joining the Employment and Labour Group, Jessica practiced family law where she developed strong advocacy skills and gained extensive experience guiding clients through complex and often sensitive legal matters. Her litigation background has equipped her with a practice and client-focused approach that continues to inform her employment and labour practice.

In addition to her legal practice, Jessica served as a Legal Career Specialist and Instructor of the Legal Professionalism course at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law. In this role, she supported law students in their professional development, fostered relationships with members of the legal profession, and contributed to the development of career programming and experiential learning opportunities.

Jessica is passionate about helping clients navigate workplace issues with confidence and clarity and is dedicated to achieving practical, effective solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
