The focus of Gail’s practice at Gail Sax Law is Wills and Estates Law. Gail has practised law in both the public and private sectors. Her legal career began as the Workers’ Rights Staff Lawyer at Parkdale Community Legal Services where she represented vulnerable and marginalized workers and mentored law students, followed by her role as in-house counsel for a union in the provincial health care sector, litigating and resolving both rights and interest grievances. Gail is certified in advanced alternate dispute resolution. Prior to opening Gail Sax Law, Gail worked at Sax Lawyers as a solicitor. Gail has a long history of volunteer involvement on boards in the educational and cultural sectors as well as with community organizations. Gail builds strong, dedicated, and long-lasting relationships with her clients, providing a high level of personalized service. As counsel to Unified LLP, she continues to mentor and share the benefit of her experience with Unified’s lawyers and staff.
