Bruna Santos is a licensed paralegal and experienced law clerk with a focus on family law matters, including divorce, financial disclosure, and court procedure. As a licensed paralegal and Family Law Service Provider, Bruna assists clients with eligible family law matters while also working closely with lawyers, clients, and the courts to ensure files are managed efficiently, professionally, and with care throughout the family law process.

Bruna is involved in all aspects of client and file management, including preparing and drafting family law court documents such as Financial Statements (Forms 13 and 13.1), Net Family Property statements, affidavits, simple divorce applications, and related pleadings. She also coordinates service and filing, manages financial and other disclosure, and maintains ongoing communication with clients and opposing counsel. Bruna approaches each matter with diligence and sensitivity, recognizing the personal and emotional nature of family law proceedings.

Prior to becoming a licensed paralegal, Bruna gained valuable experience working at several Toronto-area law firms, including Unified LLP, where she supported family law files and assisted with the development of internal processes. Her background includes both law clerk and legal assistant roles, giving her a well-rounded understanding of family law practice, client service, and court procedures. Her experience as a law clerk, combined with her training and licensing as a paralegal, allows her to bring a comprehensive and practical perspective to family law matters.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Bruna can effectively assist clients from diverse backgrounds and facilitate clear communication throughout their matters.
