Amarni is a Legal Assistant and Law Clerk at Unified LLP, supporting the firm’s Family Law Group. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from York University, grounded in the social sciences, and has obtained a Certificate in Family Mediation.

With both academic training and hands-on experience working with children, youth, and families, Amarni brings a compassionate, client-focused approach to her role. She has a strong interest in family law and is particularly passionate about matters involving parenting, custody, and the overall well-being of children. Her background in the social sciences allows her to understand the broader social and emotional dynamics that often accompany family disputes.

Amarni is committed to supporting clients through what can be some of the most challenging periods of their lives. She takes pride in being organized, attentive, and approachable, ensuring clients feel heard and supported throughout the legal process. She looks forward to continuing to grow in the field of family law while contributing meaningfully to the firm and the families it serves.

Outside of the office, Amarni enjoys spending time with friends and family and places strong value on her culture and community. She believes staying connected to her roots and support system strengthens both her personal growth and her ability to serve clients with empathy and understanding.
