Harshit Sharma is an Articling Student and Licensed Paralegal at Unified LLP. He has experience in employment and civil litigation, including attending settlement conferences in the Small Claims Court for employment matters. Through this work, he has assisted in advancing claims involving wrongful dismissal and negotiated resolutions, gaining practical insight into litigation strategy and dispute resolution.

Harshit also has significant experience before the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), where he has represented both landlords and tenants in a wide range of residential tenancy matters. He is well-versed in the Board’s procedures and has handled files involving mediation, negotiation, and contested hearings.

Prior to joining Unified LLP, Harshit worked at an immigration law firm, where he assisted in the preparation and submission of various immigration applications. This experience strengthened his understanding of regulatory processes and practical legal problem-solving.
Harshit takes a client-focused and results-driven approach, with an emphasis on resolving disputes efficiently through litigation, negotiation, or alternative dispute resolution.
