Nicole Paroyan

Nicole Paroyan is an Associate with Unified LLP’s Labour group. Nicole’s practice includes professional regulation, labour arbitration and human rights law.

Nicole is a graduate of the French Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa.  She summered and articled with the Ministry of the Attorney General in the Labour Practice Group and completed a secondment at the LCBO.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was a political staffer to the Minister of Indigenous Relations & Reconciliation working with high profile politicians and stakeholders. Her first job was as a unionized lifeguard and swim instructor for the City of Toronto. She is passionate about public pools and is always happy to offer a recommendation!
