Lillian Bonakdar is an Associate Lawyer at Unified LLP and a member of the firm’s Family Law group.

Lillian earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, actively participating in the Law Review and dedicating her time to a community legal clinic.

Lillian finds deep satisfaction in the intricate nature of family law. She has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in several pivotal areas of the practice, such as property division, imputing income, and parenting time. What sets Lillian apart is her empathetic approach towards her family law clients, always striving to understand their unique circumstances and provide compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.

Before joining Unified LLP, Lillian honed her legal expertise in various areas, including family law, estate law, and civil litigation, during her tenure at a reputable mid-sized law firm in the Greater Toronto Area. She has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and the Landlord and Tenant Board, while also engaging in mediation proceedings. In addition, Lillian has undergone specialized training in collaborative family law practice, further enriching her skill set and enabling her to approach cases with a holistic and cooperative approach.
